2025 has been an incredible year of growth for ConnectMyVariant.
We served over 2,000 members who have made over 4,000 connections to help each other prevent hereditary disease.
We secured a grant from the Andy Hill CARE Fund to study breast cancer risk for certain specific variants.
We expanded the number of genes in our database to reach members with a wider range of hereditary diseases.
We kept our services free for everyone.
Around 60 people sign up every month for ConnectMyVariant, and moving forward into 2026 we have lots of work to do to serve our growing membership. We’re ready for the challenge. We know that the more people we can help, the better the chances of preventing disease. As you make your end-of-year giving choices, you can support our mission to end hereditary disease with a donation in any amount through Every.org.

We are truly grateful for your partnership, which will help:
Build message boards so members with the same variant can easily stay in touch and share information about treatment and prevention.
Create new training materials for volunteer Variant Champions so they can support their close and distant relatives.
Train Family Outreach Navigators, who will then be able to provide personal, one-on-one counseling to multiple families.

Your gift has a real impact on preventing disease. Identifying people with hereditary risk is the biggest barrier to prevention, and there is no other organization like ConnectMyVariant that identifies those who may be at risk by focusing entirely on family outreach. We know that this approach costs less and is 25 to 50 times more effective than education and awareness efforts that target the general population.
Help families with hereditary disease by giving to ConnectMyVariant at Every.org.
With warm holiday wishes, thank you for your commitment to prevention and care.
